Horrible horrible way to do business! Plain and simple harassment on their part. Especially during the times we are in, times are hard and they have completely no understanding. Have called me a liar numerous times and it is not appreciated!!

Been working with them well over four months. Had a approval for a home/land package. Put the down payment of $8700 down. Then right as the mobile was finished, and the paperwork was turned in by the retailer, we find out that the purchase price went up, which caused us to receive a denial. FOUR MONTHS AFTER RECEIVING A APPROVAL, PUTTING $1000 down on land that was non refundable. Then out of no where, we get a denial after being told we were approved.

Dustin Shrewcraft is very rude and disrespectful. His arrogance and ignorance about how unemployment works is ridiculous. He is very unprofessional. Implying that I was lying about my back pay from unemployment and that he know so much about how unemployment works in all states when I guarantee he does not. I tried explaining to him why unemployment gave me such a large lump sum but in his mind I was making it up because I guess he thinks he know everything about everything. This "company" is horrible. Customer service is a joke. They prey on those that don't have any other options in order to get a home. Almost all reps are rude, do not listen, attempt to offer no help & then threaten to foreclose on home. They call up to 6 times a day, over & over, even after you attempt to tell them when your payment will be coming. Emails are apparently not acceptable as a form of communication, though I've yet to find that term in my contract. The CEO has a statement on website stating "21st will do all we ... read more

First of all the interest rate for their loans are ridiculous high and will take you forever to pay off. My problem with them now is I am trying to pay off my loan so I made a BIG payment and told them to apply it towards the principal (to help reduce the amount money owed due to interest) and they agreed. Only to find out it went toward future payments (escrow more interest and over a $1000 in late fees) They either ignore you or flat out tell you well this is how it is and tough luck. Terrible customer service. Called in to make a payment, which was late. Spoke to Delaney and made arrangements to make a payment today and arrange another payment at the end of the month. She was polite and placed me on hold to "update my info". She came back with her supervisor, Matt, on the phone who was very rude and unprofessional. I would give this rude, sickening, lying, evil company a negative number if it were allowed. They refused to work with us at all after my husband lost his job and then was unable to find one during the stay at home orders, three pandemic epidemics and two hurricanes my state has endured in a short time. We have been foreclosed on and have a sale date for our home. They are booting two people with autoimmune diseases out on the street during a pandemic. Nice, Warren Buffet! Emily ***** who works in customer service were very nice and presented good customer service. After dealing with this company for so many years, it's quiet refreshing to know there are professionals who value their customers. My husband and I are currently fixing our home after a devastating storm and we have to go through 21st to receive payment to buy materials and to pay the contractor because of the amount of the insurance settlement.
