Two stars is generous. Rude people. Unhelpful. We've been harassed by Allison then had our account locked from making online or automated phone payments for 90 days due to USPS losing our check. I did a stop payment and sent a new check overnight via FedEx to satisfy the June payment. The old check randomly showed up and they tried to cash it. There was a stop payment because USPS told me that was the best option since the package was lost and now we can't use automated payment. Fine, so I called June 18, 2021 to make a part... read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am currently selling my home. It's been 4 months of maintaining 2 home payments. Welhether or not the sales office at the community is being straight with me or intentionally dragging their feet is irrelevant to 21st. I am, however, late on this months payment, less than 30 days late. I spoke to them today and the "manager" asked some very intrusive questions and got rude with me when I felt she was prying too far. This is the absolute rudest company I've ever dealt with. Most if the time I'm left in tears. Payment was due June 7th. Late fee doesn't even apply until the 16th. They called with their normal harassing tactics today June 11th. Stating We have avoided there calls since the 7th. Are you kidding me. 4 days late. Which late fees don't even start for another week. And then of course when I said we'd pay on the 24th it was extreme rudeness and transferring to a supervisor. They always treat you like your in foreclosure. June 7th... read more

(000000) STAR I am the seller of a mobile. The buyer comes with a 21st mortgage loan. This financing company wants me to give them the signed title and they won't give me the money, they say they will send it to me later by mail. For me they are a scam, in the United States there is no transaction without money. If they want my title signed, they have to pay at that time and not send a payment by mail later.

I was so excited about my new home. My first payment was coming up and I had set up auto pay when I signed all my paperwork at the retailer. When I logged on to my account for the first time it did not show auto draft to be set up. I also got a coupon book in the mail. I called to verify the auto draft was set up and I was told it was not. I was told to send in a voided check and the other paperwork necessary to set that up. Horrible horrible way to do business! Plain and simple harassment on their part. Especially during the times we are in, times are hard and they have completely no understanding. Have called me a liar numerous times and it is not appreciated!!

Been working with them well over four months. Had a approval for a home/land package. Put the down payment of $8700 down. Then right as the mobile was finished, and the paperwork was turned in by the retailer, we find out that the purchase price went up, which caused us to receive a denial. FOUR MONTHS AFTER RECEIVING A APPROVAL, PUTTING $1000 down on land that was non refundable. Then out of no where, we get a denial after being told we were approved.

Dustin Shrewcraft is very rude and disrespectful. His arrogance and ignorance about how unemployment works is ridiculous. He is very unprofessional. Implying that I was lying about my back pay from unemployment and that he know so much about how unemployment works in all states when I guarantee he does not. I tried explaining to him why unemployment gave me such a large lump sum but in his mind I was making it up because I guess he thinks he know everything about everything. This "company" is horrible. Customer service is a joke. They prey on those that don't have any other options in order to get a home. Almost all reps are rude, do not listen, attempt to offer no help & then threaten to foreclose on home. They call up to 6 times a day, over & over, even after you attempt to tell them when your payment will be coming. Emails are apparently not acceptable as a form of communication, though I've yet to find that term in my contract. The CEO has a statement on website stating "21st will do all we ... read more
