Horrible customer service. They expect the mortgage to be paid the first of the month otherwise you are delinquent. They will bombard you with treating email phone calls from multiple representatives. It's nerve breaking. Please make yourself a favor and DO NOT use them. Never again !!!!!!!! It's more like owing a collector.

This is the worst Mortgage company to have. They refuse to except your payments and feel it is their business to question you about your personal life. The staff will lie about their name as well as threaten and harass you.

I don't see how this company has an A+ rating. For years I was never late on my mortgage. I signed up to have the payment automatically withdrawn every month purposely so not to be late. Then, there was a glitch and my bank didn't make a payment for a few payments. I had no idea because in my mind the payments were automatically allotted out. 21st Century is a horrible place to work with. I made it through covid with no income and used years of savings to keep up with all my bills, including 21st century. I needed a couple of months of leeway to at least have emergency fund of five or six hundred dollars back in my savings so I decided to call 21st century and get a deferment. Two stars is generous. Rude people. Unhelpful. We've been harassed by Allison then had our account locked from making online or automated phone payments for 90 days due to USPS losing our check. I did a stop payment and sent a new check overnight via FedEx to satisfy the June payment. The old check randomly showed up and they tried to cash it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am currently selling my home. It's been 4 months of maintaining 2 home payments. Welhether or not the sales office at the community is being straight with me or intentionally dragging their feet is irrelevant to 21st. This is the absolute rudest company I've ever dealt with. Most if the time I'm left in tears. Payment was due June 7th. Late fee doesn't even apply until the 16th. They called with their normal harassing tactics today June 11th. Stating We have avoided there calls since the 7th. Are you kidding me. 4 days late. Which late fees don't even start for another week. (000000) STAR I am the seller of a mobile. The buyer comes with a 21st mortgage loan. This financing company wants me to give them the signed title and they won't give me the money, they say they will send it to me later by mail. For me they are a scam, in the United States there is no transaction without money. If they want my title signed, they have to pay at that time and not send a payment by mail later.
I was so excited about my new home. My first payment was coming up and I had set up auto pay when I signed all my paperwork at the retailer. When I logged on to my account for the first time it did not show auto draft to be set up. I also got a coupon book in the mail. I called to verify the auto draft was set up and I was told it was not. I was told to send in a voided check and the other paperwork necessary to set that up.
