We purchased both three and four seating configurations of Seatcraft Sienna and after three months it was noticed that one seat had a stitching issue develop where the leather was being separated from the footrest portion of the recliner. Without hesitation, their amazing Customer Service representative Richard Valdez immediately corrected the issue by sending a replacement. We bought a RV couch and a recliner, both items are made with quality, we upgraded to the ultimate leather and the material is is really nice. Had an issue with the draw rollers, customer service was great and responded fast to get these to us. Overall this purchase was a great experience and the wait time to get these made for us was well worth it.
We live in a remote small town, I'm so grateful I decided to add the delivery and Set up! We could have done it, but it would have been a struggle. Couches are comfy. We had a small issue with an accessory and they handled it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
