We bought a RV couch and a recliner, both items are made with quality, we upgraded to the ultimate leather and the material is is really nice. Had an issue with the draw rollers, customer service was great and responded fast to get these to us. Overall this purchase was a great experience and the wait time to get these made for us was well worth it.
We live in a remote small town, I'm so grateful I decided to add the delivery and Set up! We could have done it, but it would have been a struggle. Couches are comfy. We had a small issue with an accessory and they handled it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
One of the gas struts that hold up the seat arms failed. Jessica took my call and was very patient while I explained the issue she and looked up my order. In no time she arranged to send out a replacement. She made it very easy to resolve my issue.

We ordered our Serenity seats and opted for the white glove service. The chairs arrived at our campsite(we live full time in our fifth wheel) and we’re expertly handles! We love them! So comfortable and very high quality! I did notice one of the gas springs for the arm lids was not working properly so called customer service; they’re sending one out today! Great customer service!
Due to circumstances far outside Angela’s, Richard or Anna (who are the three representatives who helped me through my ordeal, I’ve had a second sofa delivered with similar issues at the first. The difference is, not only did they NEVER try to blame me, they simply made no excuses, took ownership of the issue and fixed the problem.
