i love my new theater seating, it's really comfortable, really good quality and looks amazing the customer service really makes it a great company to buy from, one piece had some freight damage they had me send pictures and two days later it was on the way. there was absolutely no hesitation on their part to replace it. i very highly recommend doing business with them, they have a huge variety of quality furniture to choose from

Called because a switch was not working. No hassle, no argument. They sent a new switch immediately.
We purchased both three and four seating configurations of Seatcraft Sienna and after three months it was noticed that one seat had a stitching issue develop where the leather was being separated from the footrest portion of the recliner. Without hesitation, their amazing Customer Service representative Richard Valdez immediately corrected the issue by sending a replacement.
