I recently purchased a couple tray tables for our theater seating. Both arrived in original manufacturer's wrapping. One however had a surface mar. I contacted 4seating by email and received a response within 12 hrs that they will replace the defective piece and I did not even need to return it. Very happy with the service and customer care.

I had a few issues with the chairs. I called customer service and worked with Angela. She was fantastic to work with and provided excellent customer service. She followed up with with phone calls and ensured my satisfaction. I was very impressed and would recommend 4seating to anyone in the market for these products.

We had visited the showroom near L.A. because we can sit and feel the chairs. Dario, a designer, was there and spent a good amount time helping us choose the seats that would work best for us. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. After the delivery, we had noticed an issue with one of the seats. We called and spoke with Angela and she was super friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. Angela provided excellent customer service and we highly recommend 4seating for comfortable movie theater seating.

Despite not being able to sit in or actually see the home theater loveseat, I took a chance based on the reviews and called 4seating for more information. I was extremely pleased with the info Zack shared and placed the order. It arrived in my area within one week and was delivered as promised, ten days from the date of purchase. I called about my issue i had with my sound shakers system on a Sunday. The Sales person took my call and reported it back to the tech people and would give me a call the next day. I received a call and the person on the phone was extremely nice and very helpful. They had everything in the notes about my issue. I can't express enough about how amazing there customer service is. If it was another company it would have been a nightmare to get any info let alone get a call back the next day like they said they would.

Had to call customer service for a replacement part on a discontinued item. Richard was knowledgeable and helpful, and addressed issue quickly. Good customer service seems rare these days, so when it happens, it really stands out.

I can only sat that I've experienced the greatest customer service ever with 4 seating. From the initial purchase with Joseph to the customer care/ service with Angela, I am happy. There was an issue with the delivery of my chairs and although I haven't received them yet, Angela arranged for me to get my chairs before super bowl Sunday, just in case the delivery doesn't arrive on time. We have only had two small issues in the three years we've owned the chairs. The first issue was fixed by tightening some screws on one of the chairs and the second will be fixed when we receive our free replacement part (parachute handle) on the love seat recliner that has worn over the years. Also we continue to get frequent compliments on our chairs by visitors.
