We ordered our Serenity seats and opted for the white glove service. The chairs arrived at our campsite(we live full time in our fifth wheel) and we’re expertly handles! We love them! So comfortable and very high quality! I did notice one of the gas springs for the arm lids was not working properly so called customer service; they’re sending one out today! Great customer service!

Due to circumstances far outside Angela’s, Richard or Anna (who are the three representatives who helped me through my ordeal, I’ve had a second sofa delivered with similar issues at the first. The difference is, not only did they NEVER try to blame me, they simply made no excuses, took ownership of the issue and fixed the problem. I just purchased a couch. I was having difficulty figuring out where to plug in one of the cords. Called 4 Seating. They were very helpful and made me realize I missed a cord in the box. Everything was found and set up. Couch is very comfortable and looks great. This is my fourth purchase from 4 seating. Love their seats. Very easy to assemble and put together.

I recently purchased two, three seat rows of seating from 4seating.com. I quickly received a call to inform me that my items were in stock and delivery would occur much sooner (if I wanted) than quoted. The carrier delivered my furniture on the scheduled date and time with some damage to the boxes. I noted the damage and accepted delivery as instructed by my order confirmation emails. Theater seating has proven to be even nicer than expected. White glove delivery was worth it to me. Had a minor issue with configuration delivered vs ordered but customer service after the sale was excellent. Highly recommend. I would buy again.

I recently purchased a couple tray tables for our theater seating. Both arrived in original manufacturer's wrapping. One however had a surface mar. I contacted 4seating by email and received a response within 12 hrs that they will replace the defective piece and I did not even need to return it. Very happy with the service and customer care.

I had a few issues with the chairs. I called customer service and worked with Angela. She was fantastic to work with and provided excellent customer service. She followed up with with phone calls and ensured my satisfaction. I was very impressed and would recommend 4seating to anyone in the market for these products.

We had visited the showroom near L.A. because we can sit and feel the chairs. Dario, a designer, was there and spent a good amount time helping us choose the seats that would work best for us. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. After the delivery, we had noticed an issue with one of the seats. We called and spoke with Angela and she was super friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. Angela provided excellent customer service and we highly recommend 4seating for comfortable movie theater seating.
