My wife and I have received to-go orders multiple times that have either been incorrect or missing a portion of our order. Tonight's order was the last straw. We won't be ordering again.

Had an awesome waitress named ellen I think , she said "hella" a lot, kinda weird but she was nice
Don't go to this place!! I went there on Sunday May 15th and the total bill came to $68.91 after tip. When I got my bank statement, they had charged $72.91. I called and spoke with a manager, and he said quote " sorry, they changed the tip amount". So, they are allowed to just change the tip to anything they want, I guess. It's not like I was trying to short on a tip. The tip was 19.5% tip and was generous at that, considering the very slow service that was received. This was our first time visiting, and everything was great! We didn't have to wait, and we ordered the dinner for two which was awesome. Check it out! The atmosphere was pleasant, too!
The world dining experience I've ever experienced in the area. Took 2 hrs to remake our warm food, with no refund or help w appeti or anything. I will never eat here again

Very busy place. DALTON WAS PHENOMENAL!! He acknowledged me through a huge dinner rush and was very polite!!
Ordered pick-up thru DoorDash which said 18 minutes until ready - once my order was completed that wait time jumped to over an hour! Went inside & waited at the bar nearly 10 minutes without acknowledgement so went to Hostess stand where I had to ask the "gaggle" of teenagers at the front for a Mgr.... 4 of 5 looked like I'd asked if they could dial a rotary phone, only 1 had a clue! Awful! Went to enjoy the gorgeous weather on the patio. Took 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. No prob, it was pretty, they were busy. Put in an order for gringo dip and drinks. Gringo dip comes out awhile later, still no drinks. Finally got drinks and ordered food. 2 order of cheese fries (which he said we could still get even though they took them off the menu) and quesadillas. I really like this place. The food quality and drinks are always consistent. It's clean and I always have a good time. It's the "new chilis" but way cooler
