With the 8X8 Voips phones we have been well ahead of managing our budget by cutting costs and being efficiently able to not miss one single call whether we are out on vacation, on the road or away from our desks. The need for a receptionist has been eliminated and we have been able to use those monies towards upgrading our internet and other office necessities. I cannot imagine how our office would function without 8X8. Thank you soooo much! Sam S.

What do I love about 8x8? The first and most convenient aspect was as a new customer I was never by myself. The installation was simple and the technicians were always at your disposal to answer any question, even the same question over and over. As my business grew my 8x8 system grew without problems or issues. With multiple locations it was always difficult to keep workflow going when each location had a separate phone system. Moving to an VOIP system was a no brainer and I am glad I chose 8x8. From initial quotes and estimates by my sales rep, to the customer service reps, to the continued support by my sales rep I can say I have no complaints. Using 8x8 has made my business run much smoother and I am thankful for that.

2.5 years ago, I left my corporate job and came to work at a small business with 50 employees. The old PBX-based analog phones system and phones were terrible. We had no caller ID, no speaker phone, no mute button, issues with toll fraud and we couldn't easily add lines because we were at capacity. 8x8 is a "Class A" VoIP service provider. I work in the IT consulting world and deal with many different vendors quite frequently. Yes, I could certainly tell you some horror stories concerning other vendors. But truthfully, I have been extremely satisfied with the cost, product reliability and customer service we've received through our account rep Mr. Fischer. I would certainly recommend 8x8 to anyone. I love 8x8. They own all their own technology and now have over 100 patents in VOIP. 8x8 never has outages, and has wonderful U.S. Support. I would recommend anyone to 8x8 Inc. Some of my best friends and business partners have 8x8.
