Faith Green makes VOIP super easy. I was nervous when I decided to go VOIP for my multiple offices. I chose 8x8 after thorough review of alternatives. A past colleague reported good results with 8x8, and if I had known about the assistance that would be provided to me at every turn, especially by Faith Green, I would have not even bothered researching. These days, customer service is the difference-maker. 8x8 isn't perfect, neither am I, and when there's a snafu, it gets worked out easily and with little if any disruption.
8x8 Is the best VoIP system ever. Yes even where I leave with DSL which is quite slow the quality of your VoIP in unbelievable clear, Also the service starting from their sales persons to the tech support guys, they are always nice and here to help you, Thank you 8x8

Our account rep, John Skrutch always does a fantastic job of identifying our needs and matching us up to the appropriate product and service. We decided to make the leap in to VOIP. Working with 8x8 has been excellent. During the decision making, the salesman Jim Guise was great, felt like I made a friend. So far, our company is very satisfied with 8x8. Since converting from conventional phones to Voip systems, and web based applications, I have been really happy. More important, everytime I have called for support to understand an application or make a change, 8x8 has been outstanding. Shawna Marino has been excemplary.
