Love it It does everything I need it to minus one thing- since I have the app installed on my phone, when someone calls my VOIP line it does not ring on my cell unless I manually forward it from the desk phone, which is inconvenient when I'm in a hurry and forget to press forward to cell. If this gets fixed it will get a full 5 stars.

I am a small business owner and was getting tired of my current phone companies charges (they rhyme with Comcast) so I decided to try VOIP. I signed up with another company, SendHub, and experienced a monumental amount of issues. I love having a central management console for all things VoIP. In the past we had many different systems at our remote sites that had no knowledge of one another. Our company has easier internal communication because of this system and the recent improvements to the VOD have been well received by our team.

It's simple -- 8X8 is the only way to go with your communications - with the 8X8 system on VOIP you can communicate anywhere in the world from your base unit or from your mobile. My company has been using 8x8 for close to 2 years. We have tried other VOIP systems but after switching to 8x8 we finally found the best company for our needs. The system itself is user friendly but the customer service is the best. I have worked with David Nikmorad for quite some time and he has got to be one of the best account managers of any vendor we work with. We have been customers of 8x8 for many years and it is the most dependable VOIP service out there. Our account rep, John Skrutch always does a fantastic job of identifying our needs and matching us up to the appropriate product and service. The support staff is great from initial setup to troubleshooting problems on the rare occasion something should go wrong. I definitely recommend 8x8 for any business, large or small.
