Great VOIP hosted system What do you like best? The system was reliable. Easy to get setup. Never had any problems with it. The phones that I purchased from them were also nice and never had any issues. The system had all of the functionality that I needed for my very small business. What do you dislike? The cost was too high for just a one man operation. So I switched. Recommendations to others considering the product Good company. Good product and service. Great support.

We knew we needed to switch over to VoIP service to stop wasting money on Traditional service. After talking to reps from many other VoIP providers, we went with 8x8 for best features @ best price & they delivered as promised.

I think our issues are the same with all VOIP, the occasional dropped call. On the upside, we don't have to deal with the expensive low quality aspects of land line providers. Overall, VOIP is fantastic for our company because we have 6 offices in 3 states... all connected to one account. If staffing in one office is low we can direct the phones to ring in another office. Great stuff.

We have been using 8x8 as an organization for over 2 years and it has been a very wise decision to switch. Their customer service is much better than the local phone companies and we have much much more flexibility. I would recommend the 8x8 VOIP service to any company looking to upgrade their phone system.

Pros Reliability--they are always there. Support--they are quick and just do what I asked them to do. Price--no one beats their price. Cons Their international call rate is not the cheapest, but close. None other than that. This is third VOIP service I depend on completely for all my home phone conneciton. The other ones doesn't even come close to what 8x8 can deliver. This is the only way to go if you need reliable, economical service that you must depend on day after day.

Pros Great Features! It comes with all the features for one price. The sound quality if amazing...always reliable. I have tried other VOIP companies and their servers go down...this is the only company that has always been up. Pros Reliable Service, Great Feature Set, Legendary Support We have been using 8x8 for 4 months now and have not had any issues. Moved from another VoIP provider that had little to zero support. 8x8 has tons of features included in the standard price including smartphone app, softphone, auto-attendant. The voice quality has not been an issue and would reccomend it to anyone looking for an enterprise class product at a small business price.

On 7/29/2011, 8X8 Inc. charged my credit card $257.27 (reference #**) Bank of America for an additional year of VOIP phone service. On 9/9/2011, I received my credit card bill and I contacted 8X8 Inc. and informed them that I wanted their service canceled, that I did not authorize them to charge me for another year of service and that I wanted them to refund the charge. I was informed that I could cancel the service, but that they would not offer a refund.

I've used 8x8 for a home office 4 or 5 years now, I also converted my "home" line to 8x8 VOIP. I've recommended them multiple times.
