Pros Service Price Features Cons Needed to purchase a new router to set voice priority, but that is a good idea for any Voip provider as it makes quality much better. The installation process was not as smooth as we had hoped, but it did nto affect us as we had our old phone systeme in place until the new system came up. Installed 8x8 VoIP service for one month. The polycom phone and quality of service is very good. Save a lot of money in phone bills. The auto attendant and iphone/android phone feature is very useful.
Overall very satisfied. I accepted the fact that VOIP would have some disadvatages in overall performance to traditional land lines when we made the switch from our old PBX system. There is a slight delay when answering or transferring calls, but you quickly adapt. The features for the money, however, more than make up for any minor adjustments you have to make. We've been very happy with the VOIP system and 8x8 service. The company is responsive, very customer oriented and quick to answer questions and provide support. A very well run business and a technology that, in particular, helps to sever the umbical cord that used to tether me to the office. The 8x8 virtual office keeps me in contact with my clients and staff and makes working on the road much easier and more productive.

Pros Installation is so simple that I truly believe anyone can do it! My Packet8 experience has been absolutely wonderful so far. When I received my Uniden 1868P VoIP Internet Phone adapter/telephone combo device, I was able to install it in minutes due to the excellent instructions that were enclosed. After making the necessary cable connections, I lifted the receiver, dialed the special code that was provided, and had an email confirming my activation within minutes. Pros inexpensive, good tech support I have been using 8x8 voip for over a year and it has been an excellent second phone line for my home business. I can forward calls to my cell, both ring. if I'm home, I pick up the 8x8 phone. If out and about, I pick up the cell. Overall, a great service that I am really happy to have!
