This place is exceptional ! Joanna,hector, and Josalynn have excellent customer service. The facility is keep nice and clean. The storage is very secured. The AC is nice and cold. I have been to many storage facilities but never had better service than here. I will always come back to this place. The office is well organized and stock with supplies. Elevator are big and wide. They always greet me and ask me how's my day going. I feel like home when I'm here. Keep up the good work.

Joanna and Joselin greeted me upon arrival. Having been with a competitor for so long I was shocked to see such positive attitude! Both were very helpful and I highly recommend A1 for your self storage needs!

It's a fairly good location to store your goods that you don't use quite often or if you need extra space. They have various sizes for storage units so depending on how much space you need. They give you a code to use for your own unit. By this I mean you should always use it when you enter and when you leave. Not doing so will result in your storage unit activating the alarm if you didn't enter your code when you came in and it's not only loud, but rather annoying. I went to rent storage today and was very happy with the service I was given. Joanna helped me and was very nice and friendly and very professional. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail to me. She made the process of renting very easy.

A-1 Storage was super helpful in getting me checked into a unit when . I am gong through a rough personal time. The attendant was very helpful and made me feel good even when I wanted to cry because of outside reasons. They are great and I recommend them to everyone.

I never receive anything less than stellar service from the associates. They are always helpful and friendly. Sometimes the people hanging around are a little skep... but they are good about clearing people out who are really weirdos. A lot of the people there are also really nice. Two people helped me jump my car once when it died. Anyway, I've been leasing month to month here for about 9 months and I haven't had any issues with payment or safety and I really appreciate their help.

This is my first ever self-storage experience. The place is very clean and access to your storage is super easy, no matter if your storage is outside drive-in unit or if it is on any of the floors of the building. Elevators a very roomy. You can always get the cart to move your stuff in and out of the storage. But out of everything listed above I value customer service the most.
