First I will say the service was top notch. That is good but it does not come close to making up for the price increases. My RENT got regularly jacked up each year due to simple greed it appears, because their explanation does not hold water. EG My rent went from $160 to $173 in the first 6 months: That's an annual increase of 16%! And over several years it averaged to 6%!, or say roughly $10 every month. Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. We, therefore, review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing.
I'm so definitely happy with these locations. Joselin and joanna are the best and professional that can help you. I was actually looking for an STORAGE and I finally found IT, thaNk you A-1 STORAGE STAFF FOR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE.

Great deal compare the anywhere else, super nice and clean plus easy nice staffs. They have almost any size of your need here, so come and find what fit you best or ask their staffs

Quick & Easy! I needed a storage place last minute and they were accommodating and friendly! The unit was clean and easily accessible from the elevator. They had pallets available for me to use which made moving easier! Ask for Joanna if you stop by! Her customer service is great!

Came back to buy some more boxes, and yet again both Hector and Joanna welcomed me and made me feel right at home, Prices are still reasonable as I got the economy pack once more, they even let me use the bathroom, the facility looks so clean and organized, I don't need it right at this moment but if I were to rent I'd definitely do it here, I recommend this place 100%.
