Loved it! Kevin was so friendly...we got our space for 50% off for the first 2 months. Very convenient and easy to access. We were in and done within 20 minutes securing our unit. It's very clean, and secure. Very happy!
A-1 brought me peace at a time where I had nowhere to turn to... that sounds dramatic but honestly they were peace of mind. From my initial call to actually renting the unit all the way to the end, I had an amazing experience, my belongings felt secure, I had easy access to getting to my things, the facility still looks brand new, clean, etc. after I think 10 or so years. Update: since the business doesn't believe me because they couldn't find my Yelp name which isn't my real name, I'm adding a few screen shots of them calling me and leaving messages in the 9 am hour. I think we can both agree we don't want each other's business I've blocked the number and thankfully the calls have stopped. omfg stop calling me. this is harassment. i never gave you my number. its really creepy that i said i'mnot interested and you got my number from caller id and have called me at 9am every day sunce friday. ... read more
I rented here for the past six months. A recent rental increase made me reevaluate my goals, so I left. But this is a great place to rent a unit. Kevin is especially one of the best sales/cleaner/customer service workers they have. So, thank you Kevin for doing a great job!
I had such a wonderful experience here today because of Kevin as well as Ele Sato-Tellames. They were both so sweet and kind and also provided me with top notch stellar service. When I arrived at A1 Kevin also made sure that all of my wishes were met as best as they possibly could and so I am more than happy now with my final result and so so thankful for his efforts to get me exactly what it is that I want :) I also met Maria the manager and she is a sweetheart as well. So glad I signed up with A1 out !

Clean and organized. Price is reasonable. Very secure by using key pad to gain access to only the floor to our storage unit. Would highly recommend it.
