It was a super easy process at A-1, from signing up and selecting a unit (including helpful videos explaining how large of a unit you might need), to buying a lock and using their free furniture dollies on site. Staff are friendly and easygoing, the location is super clean and quiet, all in all it's a great experience. My only complaint is that it's pricey. But, I knew I was paying a premium for a fairly large ground floor unit near the doorway, and I knew I wasn't going to stay in there for more than 2 months, so it wasn't ... read more

It is a clean and secure space. Well lit and the staff is friendly. You cannot get in after 10 PM which is pretty frustrating. Also they do not allow you to have a back up payment option in case your credit card on file is declined. They will email you but they can sell all of your stuff if you do not receive that email for some reason. That's pretty scary

Such a clean and easy place to access my stuff. It was literally my first time with a storage facility and I would definitely recommend this place.
