Russell made getting my storage unit easy. He was knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned my storage unit prior to me moving in. They have a great system in place. Easy access. Clean units.

This is absolutely the worst place ever. It's a pandemic. I owe 200 dollars just made a 100 dollar payment. They will not permit me to go in and get my mothers medical supplies. She needs her humidifier and a few other items and they are refusing !!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOT ! Heartless !!

The staff here are amazing! I'm a repeat customer and their hours are really great for anyone who needs a place hat offers extended access hours. Definitely come check this place out!

It was a super easy process at A-1, from signing up and selecting a unit (including helpful videos explaining how large of a unit you might need), to buying a lock and using their free furniture dollies on site. Staff are friendly and easygoing, the location is super clean and quiet, all in all it's a great experience. My only complaint is that it's pricey. But, I knew I was paying a premium for a fairly large ground floor unit near the doorway, and I knew I wasn't going to stay in there for more than 2 months, so it wasn't ... read more
