Got a unit with my fiancé last year in September and let me tell you! Russell was the associate that helped us out and even worked in a deal for our first month! He has always been so friendly and sweet. Today, we went again to ask for help with our login because we were not getting any notifications...come to find out, we missed an important "." in the email address we put down lol and Russell didn't make us feel bad or dumb for it, just helped us make a new account and made sure we are up to date.
