Russell made getting my storage unit easy. He was knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned my storage unit prior to me moving in. They have a great system in place. Easy access. Clean units.

Aleli and others were amazing. Clear, non pressured environment. The team was happy to show us different size units and helped us choose the size that for our immediate needs. Aleli even went above and beyond to reserve a unit for me when I was unable to come in on the day I was supposed to. Overall 100% quality customer service and the facility is exactly what I needed to store valuable books and records!

Exactly what you would expect from a storage company. The people behind the counter are friendly, the stuff we stored was safe and easily accessible, and they let us borrow a dolly when we needed it.

I have been using A-1 Storage at Vanowen Street, North Hollywood for a number of years now and have found the staff to be more than capable, responsible and very pleasant to do business with. They have maintained a clean and orderly facility. I have and would continue to recommend this facility and staff to my friends and family.
I was pleased to become a new customer of A-1 Self Storage. Their rates are very competitive, and their facility is top-notch. Their employees are also very friendly and helpful. I was moving my family this past weekend in 100 degree weather, and found that they have a free Arrowhead water cooler available to all their clients. It was a refreshing surprise!
Easy to engage, super clean and well lit. Phil helped me and he was great. Highly recommend.
