We needed storage space for a couple of months, called A-1, from the phone call to the office visit, everything was smooth, excellent customer service, clean space and secure. We will definitely use A-1 again in the future.
Russell is an absolute lifesaver. Our apartment flooded and we needed an emergency storage unit to store our items even though most places were closed. Russell not only promised to stay open late for us, he still greeted us, was polite and engaging, empathetic, and showed us all the ins and outs. I don't think I'll ever be able to thank him and a1 storage enough for saving us in our time of need.
Staff have been super nice and helpful during the process of moving my things into the storage unit. So far it has been a pleasant experience and I am happy I chose A-1 Self Storage.
Russell was incredibly attentive and full of valuable knowledge. He cares about the business and truly wants to meet your needs. I love the location and security of this storage building. Thank you for such a seamless experience!
A-1 Storage has changed the game for storage facilities in my opinion! From the service, the cleanliness of the building(s), the helpfulness of all the staff they really stood head & shoulders above the competition. [Big shot out to Maggie, Val and Russel. Russel was always on top of the billing and regulations. Val was quick to point out perks, carts and benefits of membership that are often overlooked. Maggie is the anchor! I have spoken to mgr since this last review and although he did I not reimburse me the full amount I paid for all the extra containers I needed to buy, he did give me a portion back. I don't come here often but when I do, I have found it to be clean and well lit. Some staff members are nice some not but I am adding stars for effort.
Maggie was incredibly helpful and kind! She quoted me a price, showed me around the facility, locked in a unit, and answered any/all questions. She was thorough and walked me through the entire process. Seamless. I highly recommend this facility and make sure to say hello to Maggie :)
I have had a very good experience with the staff at this location. Maggie one of the staff is a very kind person and went out of her way to help me with pushing a moving cart all the way to my storage unit which is far from the office. Highly recommended!
I am a fan of A-1 storage. Mostly because Valentin and Maggie are so dope. Thank y'all for always taking care of me. Customer service is on point. The facility is always clean and they have restrooms! If you need a storage unit place, definitely check this place out.
