This place is conveniently located and easy to navigate to your storage unit. Their hours are great and the staff is very friendly. Grace went out of her way to assist us in finding the perfect unit that fit our needs and her customer service is absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating, I was driving from a few hours away and I was stuck in traffic and almost didn't make it before they closed, so they emailed me all the information I needed and even set up someone to call so when I got there I can check in over the phone. Luckily I made it just in time and was able to meet the wonderful staff. They were welcoming and very sweet. Check out was a breeze I love this location.

I needed storage for the time I am between selling and purchasing a condo. The office staff was friendly and explained everything, the facilities are clean while moving in I saw 2 people cleaning. Everyone wears masks. A yelp check in gets you a free lock!
So far, so good. Rented a space online. Free first month. Only paid $32 for admin fee. They provided a Free lock. They have flat carts available. The inside hallway of the storage is clean and cool. The unit is clean. The door opens smoothly. Placed my stuff. Locked in. Drop mic.

Edit: management has changed since my last interaction with them. The current manager is more appreciative of customers. I'm still concerned with the practice of automatic yearly rent increases, but at least the current manager will talk about it and work with you. *** Long term renters beware. I've had a space here for years, and every year they send the same patronizing letter about how they must "reluctantly" increase rent "periodically". Periodically means exactly once a year. Being a loyal customer means nothing to them... read more
