I had a great experience at this place! Gerren was the man who got me set up with my storage unit. He was very friendly and personable. He gave me a quick tour of my storage unit and even showed me one slightly smaller so I could see it and decide which was better for me. The place is clean and Gerren went over everything with me about the rules and contract details. Recently relocated from Jacksonville Florida to San Diego CA and had wonderful customer service experience, Gerren was great and would definitely recommed.
My experience here has been wonderful. I feel the price is good for the area and the competition. I love you can use an app to get in and out of the gate. Sometimes it's annoying and doesn't link up but you do get a code as well. The app is nice because you don't have to get out of your car. You can also see your bill and other items. You are only given access to your specific area of storage and i think that is a nice extra layer of protection! Gerren (Manager) was incredibly helpful, courteous, and a great source of information.
Very bad experience yesterday. Was helping to store our daughters things as she moves for a work assignment and was time sensitive. When I got to A1 yesterday morning and unloaded onto carts, I found a sign that "the the only elevator for the building was out of service, but there are stairs in the back of the building and they are sorry for the inconvenience".
