I rented a unit here. The facility was always clean and felt safe. Management was friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend.

The staff at this location is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Our facility was set on fire in June 2022 and we needed a place to store what was left from the fire. A1 storage had affordable rates to meet our needs. We are a non-profit organization so what ever funds we can save to fulfil our mission of helping the unhoused in downtown San Jose, we are so thankful.

I recently received a rate increase of near 100% where I was storing my belongings, so I decided to shop units in the nearby area to find a better deal. I found A-1 - Santa Ana, which was conveniently located near downtown San Jose. I appreciate how clean and secure the facilities are. The location is very convenient being near 2 different major freeways. I stayed here for 2.5 years and never had any issues. The service has also been very good. James is very responsive and I can appreciate his sense of humor. My only knock is the number of rent increases and why I can't give it 5 stars. Overall, a very positive experience and would recommend this storage facility.
