Juan was very helpful. We came in with no knowledge and he was was able to answer all questions and shows us the units. He was just very informative and I appreciate his efficiency.

Rented a storage unit for ~18 months during COVID after doing a lot of research. During the same period, a friend using Public Storage had his unit broken into and lost a lot of valuable possessions. This place was very clean and organized, they give you a walkthrough in the beginning and are super helpful. I bought a lock through their service for 15$ and I was set to move my things into the storage. The whole unit was ventilated pretty well so you wouldn't feel overwhelmed.
I've used this storage unit for two consecutive moves and have had good experiences both times. It's clean and there's usually parking available. People running this site are also very nice and accommodating. Will use anytime I need storage.
I've come here on two separate days, different times (during opening hours) and they have been closed. I emailed them to confirm the opening hours and no one has responded. Update: they finally emailed me back with their hours. They should post what time they're closed for lunch as well, because no one has 30 min to spare to wait for the office the open.
Had the best experience renting a storage unit from A-1 Storage Santa Ana in San Jose! I loved the safety and security of the building, it was always so clean and well kept, bright, everything was always functioning extremely well, and the staff was incredible! Staff is oddly creepy. Many of times the elevator doesn't even work Over priced for the little that you get and can find a better value elsewhere
Before moving in A1-Self Storage , I had been visited many other companies but this one, the very one on Santa Ana Ave is at another level. They set a higher standard for self-storage. Clean, welcoming, secured, and professional. Every time I come to visit my unit, I see someone swiping the driveway, hallway, and parking lot.
