trying to send blast about this company. FYI they dont prorate your storage. so if you are going to move, make sure that you tell them in advance what day you are leaving. as for me i paid 300 for 2 days. dont make the mistake i just did. There are plenty of other storage facilities that prorate for a constant mover that you might be. The service isnt bad but i think that you should be able to pay day for day.

Patty was awesome and accomodated all our needs. The facilities are clean and in a safe location.
Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We just moved out due to relocating to the east coast for the next year. Will would definitely come back again for any storage needs.
Patty, Lourdes and Kim were each professional, courteous and helpful when I needed assistance and the facility is conveniently located and in good condition.
Reserved the rental unit easily online, without having to put any payment information, and then was called by A-1 to confirm the unit the next day. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I have been purchasing boxes from them as well. The boxes have made it through two moves (and still going) and are great prices.
Walked in talked prices, saw the unit, did paperwork & moved stuff in. I was driving away in about 45 minutes. Both ladies were very nice to my son & I. We got a great deal, nice unit, and it all happened so fast. It was nice to get in & out. I almost forgot, I was at a storage facility. I have to say one important thing.....these ladies are so nice....they could teach a few other places, how to give great customer service. And, it shows from other post that others think the same! "Keep up the good work, ladies!"
Customer service was great. All the ladies there were helpful and nice. The units are nicely priced and the area is not that far off the 15 so it is easy to access. Not much else to say... great experience overall!
My partner and I have had our storage unit at list location for a couple of years and were very satisfied. The location is great and central. The place is well maintained and I loved having our unit in the covered, drive up area. As for customer service, Patty was always fabulous!!! In fact, she worked at another location a few years ago and she mentioned she was going to work at this location, which was a huge factor in us choosing the location Patty was moving to.
Lourdes was very helpful, informative, and friendly. Great customer service, clean, secure, and good location. Thank you!
