We had the most awesome experience with Elizabeth at A1 Self Storage! Not only was she very nice but also extremely helpful!! She helped us get a unit size that would best fit our needs!! Great customer service!! We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends in need of storage, thanks for your assertiveness to our family and our needs!!
Nick s. was right. I haven't had this storage unit that long and already they have emailed me a letter stating they are increasing my unit rate. The people here are polite but the tactics of nickeling and diming are the worst. I don't think I'm staying with them too much longer. I went with them because of the good deal I got. Sorry that it won't be enough to keep me.
Very professional and friendly staff, the facility is impeccably clean. Karen is such a nice person, and always has a smile to share. I got the 1st month free deal. Be sure and ask for that. One thing that made me chose this place was the space between buildings. You can get by another vehicle that is parked. Some other places don't have that much room.

From the first day I moved in A1 has been clean, professional and nothing has ever happened to my good save for my moving them as I will. I have been with A1 for the past 4 years now. There is a lady there and bless me I am bad with names, she has short dark hair and wears rectangular framed glasses. She is polite beat the band. She made our paper work very simple. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite! During my first visit, Patty even noted that my preferred sweet (anything with chocolate!) was not in the candy jar and brought a couple out special just for me when we returned from our tour of the storage units! After I signed the agreement, I was also able to easily downsize as I realized I had rented a unit that was too large with no extra fee within the same billing month. Thank you Patty and Karen for making this a great experience during a stressful time.
trying to send blast about this company. FYI they dont prorate your storage. so if you are going to move, make sure that you tell them in advance what day you are leaving. as for me i paid 300 for 2 days. dont make the mistake i just did. There are plenty of other storage facilities that prorate for a constant mover that you might be. The service isnt bad but i think that you should be able to pay day for day.
Patty was awesome and accomodated all our needs. The facilities are clean and in a safe location.
Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We just moved out due to relocating to the east coast for the next year. Will would definitely come back again for any storage needs.
