I recently needed to store some valuable items during a move, and choosing A1 Storage at Hotel Circle in San Diego was the best decision I made. I have been really impressed by the staff and facility at Hotel Circle. I’ve used other storage places in the past, but none were as clean, well lit, well maintained or well managed as this place. The manager, Darlene, is always in a can-do spirit and so nice to work with. So is her staff. I like the place so much, I now have 3 units there, and I’m often in and out. It’s convenient, pleasant, and I never have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend this facility.
I always recommend this particular A-1 to my friends and family because I have had units with them multiple times over the last decade and they have always taken wonderful care of me. Darlene and Karina are so genuine, sweet and professional. They always go the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. I feel relieved that all my stuff is safe here. My experience here has been so great I’ve never tried another storage facility.
Darlene and her staff were wonderful, friendly, and extremely accommodating. I needed to change out my storage unit a couple of times and it was never an issue. Even when there were no units available at the time, Darlene kept an eye out for what I needed and kept in touch with updates. The facility was always clean and well lit. I always felt safe and relaxed.
A-1 Storage (Hotel Circle) is everything I wanted. Clean, safe facilities, great lighting, easy location (right off I-8), easy access to storage vaults, and an outstandingly helpful and friendly staff. There are only two downsides IMO: The trolley carts are locked up between 6:00pm and 9:00am (So no late night heavy hauls unless you have your own dolly), and the parking can get crowded during busy times, like Sunday afternoon. All in all, I'm very happy with my decision to use this place. Recommended!
