I've never worked with people like this at a storage facility. Every single person has been hugely helpful and nice, particularly Darlene. She loves the company and it show in everything she does. She remembered my name when I came back. Little things like that matter and are appreciated. If you want a great, super clean, secure, easy to access storage unit with long hours and a great staff, this is your spot!

Renting from Karina was absolutely AMAZING. I rented a storage unit for 9 months & had an absolutely seamless experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing storage in SD!! (I ended up choosing this location based on the reviews I saw & couldn't have picked a better place!)

They keep raising prices without telling you and I've only been here for 4-5months They raise prices 3 times

This place is wonderful. I've had a number of storage units in other places, and none compare to this A1 facility. It is remarkably clean, well maintained, well lit, safe and never a problem of any kind. That is so rare. The staff are friendly, helpful, and are always there during operating hours.
