You would think it would be easy to find a small storage unit to keep all of your belongings, but it looks like many people in the San Diego need 4x5 units, too. After visiting three businesses that could only offer me 8x10 gargantuan units, A1 confirmed that there were a few small units left. A1 storage is very convenient & they've been extremely helpful over the years in handling my storage needs! Darlene has always taken great care of me & Leo does as well. Darlene is the sweetest! Justin and Leo were incredible with their amount of knowledge on the various storage units. This is by far one of the cleanest storage locations that I have ever seen. They were a joy to work with and would refer A1 and specifically either of these two fine gentlemen to assist with the purchase of a new storage unit.
This place is so convenient and the customer service is OUTSTANDING!! Darlene is truly one of a kind and her smile and warm welcome keeps us coming back time and time again!

Simply AMAZING place!!! And Alexis was MARVELOUS!!! She helped me move my king size mattress to my unit since I was unloading a U-Haul all by myself. I really appreciated the extra effort she made to make me feel welcomed!!! GREAT staff and EXCELLENT facility!!!

We moved from Houston to San Diego and needed a bunch of storage. We, literally, had 6 storage units at 3 different locations. Yes, it was the move from hell. Amazing Darlene and the other staff at this location were the best and I can not say enough about how professional and easy the team here is to work with. The place is always clean and I felt confident my belongings were secure. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

This morning (Memorial Day) I went to my storage unit at this facility to grab a few odds and ends. When I arrived at the storage facility I could hear the burglar alarm going off on the inside of the building. After several minutes I decided that I should call the emergency number the storage facility posted on the office door at the facility.
