A-1 was the perfect solution for our college student to store all the dorm stuff for summer. The service was friendly, exceptionally polite and helpful. They even talked us out of the bigger unit we thought we needed so we saved money...and everything did fit! If you want a secure, really clean, and easily accessible A-1 is the place!

We just dropped into A1 hotel circle south to look at their storage options. Alexis on the front desk was so friendly, helpful and informative (and she's only been there a few weeks). She happily showed us several different sized containers and was patient while we decided which one was best for us. The facility was clean, bright and airy and well kept. We also met Darlene as we left, who was very sweet too. We feel very happy with the location and the customer service we received :)

You will read this a hundred more times if you keep reading the other reviews - but the place is fantastic. It's clean, safe, easy and convenient to get to, and has the absolute best customer service. Darlene and Maira were so helpful and great to work with - they made the whole experience a breeze. I really can't say enough about them and the facility! I'm no longer utilizing off-site storage but will head straight back here if I am ever in the market again.

The staff are so accommodating and informative. Really worked with us to meet our specific needs. Was blown away by the cleanliness of the facility. Darlene and Maira were great in educating us on the options available and maximizing our resources. Would definitely recommend this facility to others! Stacie

What great customer service and a great experience. I'm a small business owner and Darlene really took good care of me. I've had to rent a lot of units in the past but I've never met someone like Darlene that really takes pride in service. She's just wonderful and so is the facility. So helpful and just gets it. Thanks for all you do to make storing my stuff easy!

This is by far the best storage unit experience I've ever had. The personnel (Darlene and Maira) are fantastic and are always super helpful. The place is always really clean (including the restroom) and the ladies are great at communicating when I receive a delivery or if something is off (i.e. The security thing wasn't working on my unit to alert them every time my unit was opened, so as soon as it was discovered, they called the repair man to fix it asap). I have used A-1 Self Storage in Mission Valley three times and each experience has been wonderful. Darlene is the best!!! She is so friendly and very helpful. I wasn't sure about what size storage unit I needed so Darlene took the time to show me a few units. Darlene did her best to give me lots of options and at the best price. Maria was also very kind and always made sure there was fresh coffee brewing for everyone.
