We used A-1 Self Storage while we were in between moving from house to house. I give them a 4 star rating because of the ease of getting started with opening up a storage unit. I have never rented a unit before and the front desk really took the time to walk me through the process while answering all of my questions! Easy access self storage center. I had called around to get prices for a 10x10 with A-1 being the best priced and the closest to me. The storage is clean with sturdy doors. The staff were very helpful in showing all the available options and getting me to the right unit with as little hassle as possible. If you are looking for a clean and well maintained self storage this will be the one to come to.

I've used this place twice now and I definitely appreciate their customer service. They were able to accommodate my need to access a unit quickly and during late hours. Although, I didn't get confirmation that I could come back after hours the next night, the alarm didn't go off which meant they had received my message of me needing to access my unit late that night. Wonderful location, staff and service. This was y first experience with self storage and the team made it so easy. I was texting from the website and they texted back promptly and stayed in touch. When I was ready to visit they remembered me and took me on a tour of the available units. They were so helpful and friendly it made renting quick and easy.
