Sonia was the best! He gave all the information I need. Answered all my questions, and made sure the unit he showed me was what I was looking for! Supper helpful! Customer service has been one of the best I have received at a mini storage location, place is also very clean

This review is overdue. I had to get a self storage unit a few years ago and had a great experience with a different A-1 location so they were my first choice. The facility is clean (the units are not temperature controlled but there is some sort of ventilation/fan system I believe to keep it from getting too hot) and appears secure. Would definitely recommend. I spoke with Patty, she answered all my questions and was super helpful. When I got to the front desk, I can't remember the young lady's name but she was also super helpful, the whole process was easy and painless. Cleanliness of the unit was a priority to me and it looks like they keep everything clean.
Came in off the street to rent a 10'x10' with no issue. Sonya was super friendly and professional and easy to work with. She explained everything in a simple to understand manner. Facility is clean and well kept and the access hours work very well for us! I would highly recommend!

Sarah was extremely helpful with finding me the size I needed to store my belongings. any time I need a unit I alway prefer using A-1 storage due to their friendly staff and easy access.

We used A-1 Self Storage while we were in between moving from house to house. I give them a 4 star rating because of the ease of getting started with opening up a storage unit. I have never rented a unit before and the front desk really took the time to walk me through the process while answering all of my questions! What I particularly appreciated about their customer service was their readiness to both present and answer commonly asked questions like, "what if I lose my code?" Easy and affordable to book online. The storage unit was clean. Everyone I spoke with in the office was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Easy access self storage center. I had called around to get prices for a 10x10 with A-1 being the best priced and the closest to me. The storage is clean with sturdy doors. The staff were very helpful in showing all the available options and getting me to the right unit with as little hassle as possible. If you are looking for a clean and well maintained self storage this will be the one to come to.
