My husband and I love this storage space! Sonia showed us around and was very accommodating when we wanted to see each storage spaces, we were set up to our new storage unit really quick and instructions given to us were clear.
I have used storage units for the last 20+ years, mostly with various Public Storage locations. They have all been basically good, and I have no complaints. But in looking for a new unit I stumbled across A-1 Self Storage on Ball in Anaheim and I have been very impressed! Marisol was extremely helpful. She greeted me with a warm welcome and went out of her way to meet my needs. I went to 5 other locations to check prices but ended up returning because of the customer service I received. I would recommend A-1 for price and this location for the service.
This location is very clean and the staff are very professional. Marisol and Amy are very friendly and their customer service skills are second to none. They gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be storing here at this location while I'm deployed. Hooyah A-1, thank you for great service!
First thing I noticed was that it was both clean and secure. Employees Marisol and Amy were both friendly and helpful. Prices were also less than other companies in the area and located close to my home.
