My husband and I rented a unit here and the ladies in the office were so kind and preofessional. I didn't think renting a unit would be so easy. The facility is well-kept and we wouldn't want to store anywhere else.
Sonya was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She goes above and beyond to see that all the costumer's needs and question's are answered. She makes the environment feel complete, safe, and secure. She deserves to be promoted or at least, a raise for her level of efficiency.
Sonia was the best! He gave all the information I need. Answered all my questions, and made sure the unit he showed me was what I was looking for! Supper helpful! Customer service has been one of the best I have received at a mini storage location, place is also very clean

This review is overdue. I had to get a self storage unit a few years ago and had a great experience with a different A-1 location so they were my first choice. The facility is clean (the units are not temperature controlled but there is some sort of ventilation/fan system I believe to keep it from getting too hot) and appears secure. Would definitely recommend. I spoke with Patty, she answered all my questions and was super helpful. When I got to the front desk, I can't remember the young lady's name but she was also super helpful, the whole process was easy and painless. Cleanliness of the unit was a priority to me and it looks like they keep everything clean.
Came in off the street to rent a 10'x10' with no issue. Sonya was super friendly and professional and easy to work with. She explained everything in a simple to understand manner. Facility is clean and well kept and the access hours work very well for us! I would highly recommend!
