We have been longtime customers (dating back to the Safeguard days) at multiple houses we have owned. We recently moved and yesterday, Alex and Rudy installed a full new system at the house, covering every aspect of home and health security. They were great, professional and fun. Their orientation and careful attention to what elements and options would work best for us was very appreciated. Never at any step of the process did we feel oversold. Also amazing how far technology has come!

Generally I'm happy with their service, though their website is awful. Can't get copies of invoices/statements. Receipts of payments that come to me via email were unreadable. I reported this and I am told this has been fixed.... but I'll see if that is the case when I get my receipt this month.

We have used AAA home smart for about 3 years for our home security system. We recently moved and took advantage of the move-in special. Our installer Wes was very professional and timely. Would highly recommend.

Brando was amazing showed up at the beginning of our window time. He worked quick and gave very thorough information. He was kind and asked if he need to wear booties I appreciate that, but I told him he didnt need to worry. He was very personable and glad he was our AAA tech for today.

AAA Smart Home Alarm system powered by alarm.com. All equipment you have to pay for outright. It is very cheap quality worthless stuff and malfunctions even before it is completely paid off. The technicians and customer service representatives are extremely rude and condescending, so don't expect any help with your system when it fails. Don't buy, it will be a poor decision. Also, the rate for service went up 25% before the year was up. So, don't believe the rate on your contract!

I had an agent whose name was anthony, he came in very nice very kind easy to talk to and very greetable. His customer service was professional accurate and knowledgeable. He has changed my life after a burglary recently, I now feel more secure safe and at home! We updated our system with AAASmart Home. Kai Harris was the lead on this project and he was terrific. He was very efficient and knew just what needed to be replaced and upgraded. He went around the house and made sure everything was working properly. He added cameras to the outside and then taught us how to use the app. He was patient, kind and very smart. He was a pleasure to work with. AAA Smart Home is lucky to have someone like Kai on their staff!

Anthony T. and Derek C were the two technicians that fulfilled my order. They both possess a wealth of experience, expertise and professionalism. The initial evaluation for the needed smart devices was very thorough and detail.
