This shop was amazing 2-3 years and it all went down last year. Don't let them to wash your car because you will need to go car wash right after.

ABC Nissan is a FRAUD AND WILL FALSIFY DOCUMENTS. They forged my elderly father's name on a contract we never seen and are unethical to a degree in which this business should be shut down immediately!!!! Stay away!!!! They will lie to you and rip you off! It's well known all around the valley. My father is currently dying of cancer and they had no problem forging a vet's signature and ripping us off. This place is being reported to the BBB AND Attorney GENERALS OFFICE . Cam, Cesar Jordan all bad

Our sale person Camila didn't know anything about anything. Everything she told us was a lie from the start. She promised a certain APR, plus additional on payment amount and getting window fixed. She became hard to get connected with, she really shouldn't be a salesperson. Over all was bad experience because of poor training

I was quoted by ABC NISSAN $2,900 to fix my vehicle. They even tried to use the "scare" tactic of saying that I should fix my car that day beife my engine could overheat. My great intuition told me to take my vehicle to another auto mechanic shop....they only charged me $385 to fix it. It was a simple job but ABC Nissan tried to take advantage of a female customer. I do not recommend: they

Pulley on my 2021 Sentra broke off which while I'm driving on the highway. Had it towed to Nissan. I was Tim's this was not under warranty. Paid 1700 to get it fixed. Got a call car is fixed. Good thing we were able to save your battery. Well the following week battery dead and to spend another 300 for a new battery. Not very happy. This whole thing should have been covered by Nissan. There's no way that this should have happened with only 40,000 miles. I've always had Sentra and Altima and this has never ever happened.

Long wait time only to be told what I brought the car in to be rechecked MIGHT be something else at a cost of $1100 and that's after spending $600 plus to have supposedly have it fixed. Losing trust at this dealership.

ABC Nissan charges out the door for all the services they provide which leaves their customers feeling scammed. It infuriating for a consumer although I know this is a business.
