I took my vehicle for an oil change... I was charged $74... After about a week I noticed oil leaking in the garage... A couple days later there was a massive amount of oil coming out of my vehicle... I had it towed to a mechanic up the street... Who informed me that they didn't tighten the oil filter... This could've caused extreme damage to my vehicle... I contacted ABC Nissan twice... To let them know what had happened... And hopefully get a refund on my $74 oil change... I still have not been responded to... Very unprofes... read more

Had the worst experience with ABC Nissan while purchasing a car. Dealt with them for 3 days, had a deal and was working out payment but they came back after 3 days and raised the agreed upon price by over$1,000 dollars. True car salesmen greed at its best. Manger agreed to price and then a different manager said those were the charges and they would not honor the agreed upon price shown in writing to them. I would stay CLEAR AWAY from them and their dishonesty. I had 2 other cars from other deals that I contemplated but lost... read more

I recently called to make an appt for a service and the lady that answered Jane was so rude I called about my windshield and kept asking me if it was the car door of the window on the back and I said no my windshield on the driving side and she said she didn't understand what I was saying to her and she was giving me attitude. Bad customer service

So me and my wife bought a Kia Optima from abc nissan and at first it had something wrong with it and got it soon as we bought it made an arrangement with the salesperson and it was suppose to be 400 a month these a**h***** decided to make me pay 750$ a month for this car technically lied to my face and expects me to not go through financial problems which is bull**** I recommend not going here at all the take your money and give you broken cars very shady business I don't want anyone going through that.....

We got a car from there in February and not even 3 months goes by 10,000 miles and the car transmission needed to be fully rebuilt and Emmy car was stopping on the road and the key fob was broken and the car sensors didn't work. I told them this and they kept insisting that the battery was down and that was all fully avoiding the issue of the transmission. We wait for 5!!!! HOURS then they tell us of they need to rebuild the whole transmission now and the car was barely even used come on. Then they couldn't give us a rental ... read more

Do NOT but a used car from ABC!!!! I bought a car from them and left the lot and the next day the car was squeaking and squealing so I took it back and they informed me the screws were not tightened and I needed upper and lower control arms and a new track bar. I informed them I just bought the car and they need to fix it and they argued with me and told me they cannot fix it because my warranty hadn't kicked in and to wait 30 days. I NEVER left a review in my life but this one is a MUST!!! SOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! My fiancé and I went here to test drive a car we found on their website. The car was listed a specific price with optional upgrades for an extra $2,500.00. When went to the dealership to see the car, they said that the upgrades were already done to the car and that there wasn't an option to not have them. Seeing that the car had a ton of scratches, was not yet detailed, and had stains on the seats, I knew he was BS-ing. Not to mention that they pulled the WRONG CREDIT REPORT!!! Can no one be bothered to answer the parts desk when someone is waiting for something they ordered? Waited for 15 minutes until the nice lady at the service desk took us to the employee only back room to get the part. The guys there weren't even friendly. Couldn't even buy an air freshener because no one was at the desk up front.
