I was recommended to work with Abraham Ohanian and I am so happy I did. He was extremely welcoming over the phone, answered all my questions and worked fast! Abe knows what he is doing and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I felt confident working with him. He was through and clear with what he needed from us and made sure that we felt comfortable throughout this whole mortgage process. The first thing that we noticed about Abe was how friendly and down to earth he was. He made us feel extremely comfortable about a stressful situation (buying a house). He took his time, and answered our questions (more than once when necessary). He was available to us 24/7, and was always so quick to respond to our questions. Abe was also extremely efficient during the entire process and had all of our paperwork completed and process ahead of schedule. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I can't begin to describe how blessed I was to find Contour Mortgage! Abe was great all the questions I asked ( I had a lot of questions) he was able to answer. Even when he didnt have all the answer's. Abe got back to me right away with the answer's . I appreciate all his hard work and effort he put in to make my family dreams come true. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
