My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Abraham when buying our house together in July. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and walked us through everything to ensure a smooth closing. He was even able to get us an excellent loan rate which was lower than anyone else was offering! I was also impressed that it was so easy to get in touch with him whenever you needed to. In this day and age of phone answering systems, it's, many times, difficult to contact someone directly. Abraham always answer... read more
Abraham worked hard to make sure that we received the perfect mortgage. Great communication, excellent service. Top notch all the way!! VIP service!!
My experience with Abe at Contour was no less than outstanding. From the moment we spoke I knew that he was knowledgeable, but Abe went above and beyond to make the mortgage process streamline and extremely stress free. I highly recommend Abe to first time home buyers and experienced buyers alike. There is no one better.
Abe put us at ease from the first conversation we ever had with him. He broke down the process of applying for our first home loan into simple steps and allowed us to call, text, and email with any questions or concerns we had along the way. We could not have asked for a better person to assist us. Keep up the great work!
Abe was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning Abe was extremely professional and courteous. Abe made the entire loan process quick, easy and stress free. I highly recommended Abe to all my family and friends.
I cant thank Abe enough for making our first home buying experience as easy as possible. Very easy to get a hold of and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend to anyone I know.
Just Closed my other house with Abe, he always went above and beyond in everything thing he did. Words can’t express how much I appreciate everything he does. He was by far the best I have worked with and wouldn’t use anyone else. His knowledge for what he does is like no other. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s very knowledgeable, caring and efficiency, always go extra mile to make deal happens in my best interest. Thank you super much Abe. YOU THE BESTEST!!!! 🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️
The thing I love about dealing with Abe Ohanian and Contour Mortgage is the attention to detail and how they make you feel like family during the entire process. I just got done refinancing my home and Abe did everything possible to make sure that it was the best thing for myself and my family!
I was referred to Abraham by the sellers agent with a very positive recommendation and everything he told about him proved right. he is personable, very professional and help & explain you on step of the lengthy & inefficient process of securing a housing loan. he guided and provided helpful advice on every step of it. He was alway available on phone or email immediately when we had any question. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friend who is in the market to buy a property. Thanks
