Abe was efficient ,easy to work wit ,diligent and made this whole process A lot easier. He was upfront with everything you needed to make the process run smoothly.This was not our first time purchasing a house which made things a little more difficult. From obtaining the pre approval letter to the very day of closing Mr. Ohanian was responsive, fast and efficient. He was always available (even after hours) and always kept me informed. I felt comfortable calling him many times with questions re documents or just to get an estimate of 'how much longer it should take?" This company was recommended by my husbands friend at work . After I shopped around with a few big banks and smaller ones . I gave them a call I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Abraham Ohanian . He was able to offer us an amazing rate and a free lock he was easy to work with and helped us along the way with getting all documents we needed.
