Mr. Abraham Ohanian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He guided my husband and I during the entire mortgage process. He was always accommodating and was available to answer any and all of our questions no matter the time or day of the week. When we had a situation that pushed up our closing date, he made sure everything was in place and went forward seamlessly. Abe was amazing through the whole process. We had only claimed bankruptcy 2 years prior & with all their hard work they were able to secure me a mortgage. We are grateful that we had a good team behind us along the journey. I myself was so nervous & stressed going into it but his team made it easier for me. I cannot recommend Contour enough!!!

I was recommended to work with Abraham Ohanian and I am so happy I did. He was extremely welcoming over the phone, answered all my questions and worked fast! Abe knows what he is doing and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I felt confident working with him. He was through and clear with what he needed from us and made sure that we felt comfortable throughout this whole mortgage process. Abe knew I was a nervous person and made me feel at ease throughout each step. I highly recommend Abe and Contour Mortgage.

Abe is very knowledgeable in his field, extremely dedicated and he goes above and beyond to ensure that he gets the job done effectively and efficiently. Abe assured me that everything would be done in a timely fashion and it was. He pushed my paper work through and now I am the proud owner of my first home. I can't thank Abe enough for all his hard work. He responds almost immediately to phone calls and emails (even when he's at home) and he is always willing, able and available to explain any questions and concerns that ar... read more

He helped us during the whole process and was always available when necessary and to answer our questions. Everything was explained and followed through. There wasn't any surprises and the experience was of the utmost quality. He is now my go to guy in the business.

The first thing that we noticed about Abe was how friendly and down to earth he was. He made us feel extremely comfortable about a stressful situation (buying a house). He took his time, and answered our questions (more than once when necessary). He was available to us 24/7, and was always so quick to respond to our questions. Abe was also extremely efficient during the entire process and had all of our paperwork completed and process ahead of schedule. We could not have asked for a better experience.
