Mr. Ohanian did for me what other lenders couldn't. Re-finance my home, along with taking equity out. Everything went smooth and as promised. I will and/or would recommend him to whoever. It was a lovely experience, and at no point did i feel pressured and/or misguided. We did a refi with Abe. He was awesome! We hit many bumps in the road because our last mortgage wasn't closed out properly by another company, and Abe didn't even flinch. He got us everything we needed. Abe navigated us through the whole process, answered every call, every email, regardless of whether or not it was after hours.
