Definition of a beast! To serve his clients needs, he will go above and beyond. Blessed to have cross paths with such an hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, dependable individual like Abe. He helped me close a complicated multi family loan that others couldn't. His style and communication is compared to none. You will be happy you met him.
Abraham Ohanian (Abe) is the only guy i've seen thats this friendly is this field of work. He is very professional, humble, courteous, kind, to the point. He doesnt beat around the bush. I never felt i was doing business with him. He was always like a big brother, warm and whenever i spoke to him over the phone I always hung up with a smile on my face. He never gave any problems regarding the paperwork. Always worked with me. He always came out with Plan B if Plan A didnt work. Never had a chance to go to Plan C. When he wor... read more
Abe was friendly, efficient & very helpful & informative. He stayed on top of everything & communicated wonderfully with us. Would definitely recommend him to anyone going through the process of purchasing a home!
Just closed on our refinance and Abe was absolutely the best to work with.. From our first phone call we made to him he immediately got the ball rolling with everything and could not have been happier with how everything worked out. Abe was always available to answer questions and quickly returned calls or texts. Everything went so smoothe and easy.. it was a pleasure working with him. He truly cares about his clients. We have already, and will continue to recommend Abe to anyone that needs his services.. you're the best!
I recently had the pleasure to work with Abraham Ohanian. From the beginning he was very helpful in explaining the process in detail. He was always available for a call or by text message regardless of the day. From the moment we initiated discussions up until the closing day, he was always there to help with any questions or concerns that came up. I'm glad I decided to work with Abraham. He truly went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable professional mortgage broker. ... read more
Abe was great from beginning to end. He made the process quick, simple, and easy for a first time home buyer. He was great with communication and would answer questions and calls even outside of normal business hours. He took the time to make sure we understood what was going on and gave us clear steps to finishing this procedure. I would recommend Abe to anyone looking for a mortgage.
I will keep this short and sweet. Abraham Ohanian gets it done. I recommend him to everyone I know. He will get the job done, no matter what the circumstance, truly made my first-time home buying experience a great one.
Thanks does not begin to cover my thanks and gratitude to both you and Mario and my entire Contour Mortgage team! Your professionalism, attention to details, and wrinkle/obstacle clearing was AMAZING! As a first time home buyer – I kept doubting and had disbelief that I was really going to get into a house of my own! Well I AM IN MY OWN HOME! I would and will scream to anyone who will listen that you and your team ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! THANKS THANKS THANKS AND GOD BLESS!!! Best regards, Gene Stith
