Abe was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the home buying process. We were able to reach him even after hours with any questions we had. He made the experience fantastic! I highly recommend him!
Abraham helped with all our Mortgage inquiries during our home purchase in NJ while transitioning out of NY. He's very knowledgable and goes above and beyond to help us from beginning to end in very confusing mortgage process. I would definitely use and refer him to friends/family if anyone is every looking for a great mortgage broker.
Our realtor referred us to Abraham and we couldn’t be more grateful. He was very kind and professional. He was always available to speak with me if I had a question and was super organized. I highly recommend him.
We had the pleasure of working with Abe Ohanian on our first time home purchase. Abe made sure to educate us from being prepared to search for a home, to accepted offer, all the way to our closing date. My husband and I found him very professional and personal with his business. We totally loved all the hospitality and his professionalism. He took his time to explain how credit scores impact interest rates. He taught us and explained all the mortgage fees involved when purchasing a home. Abe when above and beyond in searchin... read more
I've been in real estate for over 40 years and I worked with Abe to refi a very difficult mortgage for a close friend and my doctor whom had a home that was not in one of my complexes. Abe accomplished getting the deal done as no one I've ever worked with before and I've sold hundreds of units in my own projects. He was professional, diligent, great attention to the clients needs - in short STUPENDOUS. I hope to do many more deals with him on any of my units or my friends projects, he delivers. Howard Lepow
He's a true professional, the best at what he do, very knowledgeable of mortgages, houses and the entire process of purchasing a house. I'm a second time home buyer, and he was my agent both times, on the next purchase i will use him again. I highly recommend him to anyone who value professionalism, he's punctual and a man of his words. Thanks again for everything, i appreciate you.
We had a wonderful experience working with Abraham. As first time home buyers, he guided us through every step of the process. Abe is very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful, organized and explained everything thoroughly. Abe answered all our questions in a timely fashion and always returned our phones calls promptly, even after hours. Excellent services! He made us feel comfortable as first time home buyers. We highly recommend working with Abe!
Abe went beyond the call if duty for me. When 2 other lenders denied me a loan abe found a way to get me into my firat home. He was eztremely attentive. Always made himself available for any rediculous question i had, even at night and on the weekends. He held my hand through the whole process. He did the impossible. I was in a jam and had a very tight timeline to get in a home. Abe pushed every boundary and pulled off a closing in less than a month from the point i put my offer in. Just amazing is all i can keep saying. Tha... read more
