CREW ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS THE ENTIRE TRIP. MY SISTER RODE WITH MY MOM ON A LONG DISTANCE TRANSPORT, AND I SPOKE WITH HER SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE TRAVEL TIME. SHE SAID MOM WAS CARED FOR GENTLY AND WITH RESPECT. SISTER RAVED ABOUT THE SERVICE, CHRIS WAS A GREAT DRIVER, AND JAN WAS A WONDERFUL NURSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The staff setting up the transport were very professional and answered all of our questions. The drivers were cautious with the snow & windy conditions during the 18 hour drive. My nurse, Jan, was very attentive to my needs.
I can't find all the words to describe how professional and kind the transport crew was to me and my son on our trip from Pensacola to Houston. It was very clear that we were their top priority all the way.
Everything about this service was absolutely perfection. The vehicle was so beautiful, John our driver/nurse and Jan, and nurse could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend! Transport from Hammond, La. to Lexington, Va. (approx 888 miles), under threat of Winter Storm Gia, 1-12-19. Arrived exactly on time for pick up, and within 10 minutes for delivery. Smooth, comfortable, spacious ride. Best ride to Virginia I've ever had. Professional, courteous, and very kind crew. Michael and Butch took precious care of me. Thank you so much!
