I worked with the staff at ACC Medlink to connect them with my mother-in-law. The team was responsive, professional and very helpful. Their patience and assistance with multiple date changes due to our family member's deteriorating health was very comforting.

All interaction with ACC Medlink has exceeded our very high expectations. Professionalism was readily apparent from the promptly answered emails, returned phone calls, ease of booking and most importantly, the transport crew. I cannot say enough about ACC Medlink. You are all angels on earth, making the impossible into something attainable. The vehicle experienced some mechanical issues prior to the pickup time. The actual trip was delayed about six hours, but the staff were always courteous and professional. We appreciate the service that was provided to our family member.
