This sounds crazy, but at some point during our 4-hour ride, I felt like we were on a family road trip. The crew was so friendly, welcoming and professional from the second they arrived, I felt completely at ease knowing my father was in good hands. The ability to ride along was priceless, and is something that not every service offers. I would give every member of the team the highest recommendation for anyone who needs to travel long-distance with a loved one.
One little hiccup in the scheduling but corrected quickly. Daughter was in TN for the pick-up and said the crew was very nice. At the arrival site My sister and I found the crew to be great. Would definitely recommend this company's service.
