Overall the transport was great. My suggestion is when you have a female elderly pt you should have a female Rn on board to have to change them if the pt is incontinent. I feel this would put them more at ease.

The coordination of the move was efficiently done. The driving crew was responsive and accommodating. Vehicle provided a lightly jarring/shaking ride. Delivery was early but requested notification prior to arrival so I could meet the van, but none was given. I would definitely use your service again.

Sandra was excellent with my sister, Nancy. The drivers were great also. Booking the transport was a breeze, and the pickup and delivery went exactly as planned. There were no delays. My sister arrived none the worse for wear after a 13-14 hour journey overnight. Thank you for your great service!
