I cannot say enough about the degree of professionalism used to schedule and transport my mother from Charlotte to Birmingham. The crew was prompt and efficient and took excellent care of Mom. The nurse who rode in the back of the van with her was so caring and made her feel at ease. Thank you ACC!

I needed to move my crippled and bedridden 94-year-old mother from Massachusetts to Florida, a 20-hour trip. Thank God for ACC Medlink. They got us there safely. I don't know how I would have accomplished this trip without them.

Eric Robert and Desmond were professional, caring and very compassionate on bringing my daughter home from Chicago to Florida. The drivers, Robert and Desmond were second to none in safety and proffesionalism. And Eric catered to our every need. They made us feel like Family the whole trip. God Bless those three. I used ACC Medink to transport my mother from a hospital in NY to an assisted living community in NC. The coordinators were so helpful and responsive and understanding when we had to abruptly reschedule the trip due to a temporary setback in mom's health which delayed her hospital discharge date. On the day of the transport, the crew arrived promptly as scheduled. Entire crew professional. I was impressed how they have the long distance transport service down to a science. Trip from FL to IL went as well as it possibly could have. Our entire family is grateful. Would definitely use ACC Medlink again.
