It was necessary and critical to relocate my father from Virginia Beach to a VA hospital on Long Island NY. As his daughters and son, we felt that it was not feasible to drive him by ourselves. This service was very comfortable for my father and for our own mental health that he get home safely while he had constant medical attention for the entire trip. Make sure patient companions are taken care of. My stepdads companion didn't get enough to eat. OTHERWISE I CANNOT THINK OF ONE RECOMMENDATION TO ADD!!! Way to go all!

From my very first research call, ACC consistently was proactive, professional, reliable and considerate of all my questions and concerns. We had to transport my mother nearly 900 miles and everything they did was above the call of duty. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased w/ACC Medlink. These people know what they are doing. Couldn't be more pleased w/the care of my mother in law (she is not an easy person to deal with) & Jesse made it work). Hats off to him & the crew. She was sad Jesse had to leave her. We need more Jesses in the world!!!
