My father in law was very ill in Florida and we could not figure out a way to get him back to Ohio. I came across ACC Medlink when searching to see if there was a medical transport that would travel across several states. I am so glad I did. Such great service, attitude and dedication to producing a great product. Great medical monitoring and care during transport with knowledge of the patient's (my father's) needs and concerns. Great driving by both Alex and Chris getting from Florida to Mass safely and efficiently.

Moved my dad from Florida to North Carolina. Acc answered my questions politely and intelligently every time. They called me back with information that I asked for. Always friendly and so professional. This was a hard process for us to undertake but truly ACC made me feel safe and secure throughout. My dad apparently watched some of his favorite western movies in the transport on the ride up. I'm sure that made him enjoy his 'road trip' all the more.
