We were so fortunate to find your service. Everyone I spoke to answered every question, big and small. The office staff were so pleasant and seemed to genuinely care. My parents were not the easiest, but Chris was very compassionate. My only recommendation would be, allow the passengers to ride forward. Riding backwards made the trip more stressful for them. Thank you all!!!

The crew was fantastic; very attentive and courteous crew; they helped with my Mom who got a little cranky more than once and were very patient. I would recommend ACC Medlink to anyone needing medical or elderly transport; they are the best.
