My father 89 year old father needed to be moved from Virginia to Pennsylvania, a five hour drive. Your company was easy to book with very helpful people. He had many limitations and needed oxygen and it was no problem for the staff in the transport. He was extremely comfortable and well looked after. And phone calls about his status were freely available by the attending nurse. The expense was worth his security in getting where he needed to be.
Loved the fact that the system recognized my phone number and linked my request so that no matter who I spoke with, they had the details. Communication was very good with following up, rescheduling when a crew member was unable to make it in. Pricing was very fair.
We were very pleased with the caring manner of the 3-man crew that accompanied our patient. The ride was smoother than anticipated and they met the time restriction we were under. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional company. The schedulers worked with us under difficult circumstances. We had to call the company several times and every staff member we talked to was very helpful and patient with all our questions.

We were so fortunate to find your service. Everyone I spoke to answered every question, big and small. The office staff were so pleasant and seemed to genuinely care. My parents were not the easiest, but Chris was very compassionate. My only recommendation would be, allow the passengers to ride forward. Riding backwards made the trip more stressful for them. The crew was fantastic; very attentive and courteous crew; they helped with my Mom who got a little cranky more than once and were very patient. I would recommend ACC Medlink to anyone needing medical or elderly transport; they are the best.
