ACC Medlink made relocation possible for us. The alternative was to risk stress level injury leading to possible septicemia (experienced in the past). The crew was super supportive and made the trip very pleasant. The only suggestions we have is to make sure the vehicle maintenance is up to date per trip. There was some concern between team members on the van's performance that my wife (the patient) over heard. From start to finish your management , staff and crew were so helpful during my very stressful days of planning to bring my sister such a long distance.( Rhode Island to Tennessee) Thank you and I would certainly recommend you to anyone facing a similar situation.
From the first phone call to the end of the trip this company was outstanding. Each call I made was answered promptly, employee was able to answer my questions, emails with follow up information were sent before I hung up the phone. The process was smooth and seamless from day one. The crew was kind, caring, and friendly. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs a medical transport.

Michael was very social and energetic. He was nice to talk with and was courteous. He was qualified to do his job and was very efficient. He responded well to requests and really seemed to enjoy his job. Ed and Bruce were excellent drivers. They were friendly and nice to chat with. They always made sure our requests were honored, like where to stop for food. We would highly recommend this company. The three employees made our long trip comfortable and enjoyable.
The office staff and van crew all did their best to make this tough move for my father (and me) as easy and comfortable as possible. They found the food he wanted along the ride and honored any of our wishes to stop for comfort and food. I appreciated the timely response to my questions. Everyone has been so nice.

Easy to set up from the get go. Constant communication for process was wonderful.Traveling team was sweet courteous! Thanks to the WHOLE team, I was able to grant my mother her wish to be with her family as she was incredibly ill. She is resting in peace now, but without you it would have not happened at all! Beyond 5 star. I called the toll free number at 1AM and they got back to me the following morning. They had a better price and could get there quicker , I just knew my wife was in great hands, she was , and we are so thankful.
